No. Every Demardi custom home is one-of-one. We don't have a catalogue of project home designs — we design around your site, your brief and the way you actually live.

Do I need a block already, or can you help me find one?

Most clients come to us with a block already secured. We can advise on feasibility — slope, orientation, council overlays, demolition needs — before you commit to a purchase if you're still searching.

How is sustainability handled?

Energy efficiency, passive design and material selection are part of the brief from day one — not an add-on. We'll bring options to the table for thermal performance, electrification and material provenance.
